We've always taken pride in being a company that supports people for who they who are, including people of all sexual orientations or gender identities.

Our NAB Pride employee resource group provides a fantastic support network for colleagues who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and/or asexual (LGBTQIA+), and continues to raise awareness across the organisation. The feedback is that NAB Pride is a big part of the reason that more and more LGBTQIA+ employees are coming to work each day feeling comfortable in their own skin.

Since 2022, NAB has achieved Platinum Tier employer status in the Australian Workplace Equality Index, the definitive national benchmark on LGBTQ workplace inclusion. This demonstrates our ongoing dedication to building LGBTQIA+ inclusive workplaces.

We love getting out and about in the community. We’ve been the proud principal partner of Midsumma Festival in Melbourne since 2013 and partnered with the AFL to create the NAB Challenge Pride match, which raised awareness and acceptance of LGBTQIA+ communities in sport.

Additionally, we partnered with Pride in Diversity, to host internal LGBTQIA+ Awareness Training Sessions across Australia and our international offices to increase the awareness of workplace inclusion.

We want our LGBTQIA+ employees and customers to be proud of who they are, because we’re just as proud to stand alongside them.
