Candidates should expect to complete online assessment, which will vary in content, depending on the position applied for. Shortlisted candidates are either contacted for a telephone interview where questions are asked to determine their competency or called for an on-site interview. Lastly, the company inspects the candidate’s education, residency, criminal history, and relevant professional qualifications. Their academic results should be more than 65% and they must hold a commerce, science or technology degree. If applying for electrical engineering, computer software engineering, or information technology, a three year National Diploma (NQF6) will be required.
