In this role, you will be fully immersed in the field software product development team and will progress over the 3 month time period from familiarizing yourself with the Trimble Access product development process, participating in aspects of the product life cycle and working on product development initiatives. A successful internship will conclude with professional relationships within the Trimble Geospatial marketing and engineering teams, task-based project leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of Trimble Access, and other Trimble Geospatial hardware and software products.
This internship reports directly to a Survey Field Software Product Manager who oversees Trimble Access and Spectra Geospatial Origin, both surveying software products. The intern will collaborate with a team located across two offices: Christchurch, New Zealand and Westminster, Colorado. While the role is software-focused, the team prioritizes understanding systems and workflow functionality. This necessitates regular interaction with GNSS, Optical, Scanning, and controller hardware products.
