I was responsible for coordinating a project to gather regional market access business intelligence into a central database. This was my first opportunity to lead a project and required frequent communication with market access leaders across North America, APAC and Latin America. My other main project was to write a value dossier to persuasively capture the clinical evidence for Cochlear Implants for a target population in Europe. If approved, this document would enable thousands of people to get cheaper access to their best treatment option. Finally, I conducted an analysis of survey data to understand how field staff interact with clinicians, visualised the data, and presented the results to the global clinical marketing team.
