The culture. I absolutely love how kind and caring everyone is. Everyone is so supportive. It's amazing. I feel so loved, welcome, and happy to come to work.
Really interesting R&D work, very supportive teams, flexible work, great graduate culture.
The work is really cool, and the people you work with are an endless source of learning.
Positive workplace culture and environment, and a supportive team.
Hard to name just one! I love that I get to learn something new each day, work across different teams, and contribute to our shared mission of helping people hear and be heard.
Workloads can be high when teams become underresourced or deadlines are approaching.
Benefits and perks are not very extensive.
There aren't as many company-based events compared to other businesses, which makes it difficult to network with individuals outside of your department.

People respect competence and hard work and will reward it with promotions
Works significantly on promoting access to hearing health in low-resourced areas and works significantly on climate initiatives such as using renewable energy in manufacturing sites.
The culture at Cochlear is fantastic. Everyone is incredibly supportive and friendly, which makes it easier for new employees to feel at ease. Furthermore, the structure is quite flat, which makes it easier for junior employees to communicate with more senior stakeholders.

Cochlear communicated well at each stage of the interview process.
During the graduate program, I have rotated through different teams, so I have learned how to use different software, etc.
For example, in CAD (Creo), Power BI, and Excel, I have also learned how to use different equipment for testing.
