Job Description:
This internship program is designed to build on your university studies. You will join one of the Risk Engineering Teams and work with experienced colleagues to build a strong understanding of Zurich’s risk management process. You will have the chance to engage with colleagues across ZRS, building a wide and diverse network across the practice, allowing you to enhance and test your knowledge.

This is all underpinned by a 10-week structured development program as well as the chance to work on a UK-wide intern project where you will work with other interns across the business. To ensure you have the best start, a dedicated buddy will be on hand to support you throughout your summer with Zurich.
Zurich's summer internships are ideal for undergraduate students. As well as gaining some great experience, successful completion of your internship in 2025 could lead to you being offered a place in one of the graduate programs starting in 2026.

Note: The role of a Risk Engineer is home-based with an element of travel to customer sites and occasionally Zurich offices for training and meetings. Risk Engineers spend around 30-40% of their time on-site.
