About the role

Zeta is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join their team as an Associate - Credit Card Operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform End Day (EOD) Operations for both the US and Indian markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform and monitor credit card system EOD operations regularly.
  • Ensure that all pre-EOD and post-EOD checks are performed.
  • Participate in bug and incident resolution processes.
  • Ensure that all exception reports and errors are monitored and resolved on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including risk management, finance, marketing, and customer service, to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and workflows to streamline credit card operations while ensuring adherence to internal controls and risk management protocols.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality assurance reviews to identify and address operational gaps, errors, and potential fraud risks.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to credit card operations, and recommend appropriate actions or enhancements.
  • Analyze operational data and generate reports to evaluate performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and present findings to senior management.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on credit card processes, compliance requirements, and operational best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive customer information.
