As the Office Coordinator, you’re the ultimate Yotpo brand ambassador, impacting various parts of our business.

Reporting directly to Suzy Nicoletti, Vice President and General Manager JPAC, the goal is to make Yotpo Australia a best place to work for our teams. You will support key day-to-day management and long term initiatives that will continue to build our presence across APAC and beyond.

You’ll be responsible for a host of varied and super interesting projects that help create a safe, inclusive and engaging environment for our teams.

• Partner with the global People team on initiatives including recruitment, people experience, new hire onboarding, engagement surveys, etc. 
• Lead day to day office logistics, operations, and administration including office supply orders and stocking, catering orders, snacks/lunches, and hardware
• Support the planning and execution of team events including: in-office events, department offsites, team lunches, happy hours, end of quarter parties, and more
• Work with Marketing to support with event coordination and logistics, alongside customer experience initiatives
• Shape and build the office experience from the ground up across both logistics and environment/culture  – making sure it’s a great place for the team and external visitors 
• Partner with building maintenance and security and other third parties, including cleaning, HVAC, IT and other facilities vendors, to ensure the office is running smoothly
