WSP Regions Sector

Our teams play a pivotal role in regional development by driving innovation, infrastructure growth, and economic stability, ultimately contributing to the prosperity and well-being of local communities in the regions. We not only contribute to the sustainable development of local communities but also uphold a sense of responsibility and respect for the cultural and environmental values that define each area we work in. Our mission is to ensure that every project we undertake aligns with the broader goal of making regions more vibrant, resilient, and prosperous for the benefit of both present and future generations.

Working in the regions offers a multitude of unique advantages. The cost of living is lower than in metropolitan areas. The pace of life is slower, offering a more relaxed work-life balance. The sense of community is strong in the regions, providing a supportive and connected environment. With fewer crowds and congestion, commuting is less stressful and more time efficient. Most importantly, many regions are experiencing economic growth, and opportunities for career advancement and entrepreneurship are on the rise.

Why us?

WSP NZ has proudly earned its place among the top five employers to work for in Aotearoa New Zealand, as recognised in Randstad's latest employer survey. In addition, WSP has been listed as one of TIME’s 2023 top 100 companies globally for employees.

At WSP, we prioritise a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment that empowers our people and allows them to be in control of their time.
