Graduate Property Consultant

Our Graduate Property Consultant role is for those completing their Bachelor’s or Master’s degree by the end of 2024 with less than one year of relevant work experience as a Graduate (internships do not count toward the one-year maximum).

What's on offer for me?

We don’t simply employ Graduates; we foster and enrich them. Naturally, there is a lot to learn, and you are likely to be guided through complex software packages, team briefings, and client updates from the start.

You’ll also have access to our award-winning Graduate Development Programme. With our two-year Graduate Programme, you own your career and drive your success. We provide you with the tools, support, and environment to flourish.

  • A flexible and inclusive working environment where diversity is valued and encouraged.
  • Awesome colleagues, including our Graduate Committee and Graduate whānau.
  • Fun and varied social events throughout the year; we have social, sports, and professional clubs.
  • A competitive market salary.
  • Financial support for up to 2 professional memberships of industry institutions per year.
  • Annual leave allowance of 4 weeks plus public holidays and the flexibility to buy additional annual leave.
  • Work-life balance with access to 1 paid day per year to volunteer, 1 paid day to attend your graduation ceremony, unspecified sick leave, and our industry-leading parental leave.
  • Health and wellness benefits, such as Southern Cross insurance and annual influenza vaccinations.

Role:

You will be providing property consultancy services to our clients with a focus principally on Public Land Accredited Supplier Activities
and Public Works Act. Be an active member of the group, contributing to the success of the Property & Buildings sector by helping meet its business plan and being actively involved in a range of projects and project tasks.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property or equivalent.
  • Current, clean driver licence (full or restricted preferred)
  • Active commitment to continuous personal improvement.
  • A team player and considers the views of others.

Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
