Purpose:
As part of the Worley Graduate Community and under supervision and mentorship within the Civil/Structural Engineering department, you will assist in the delivery of engineering services to Worley' and our customers'.
Responsibilities:
- Entry-level professional position within the Civil engineering department.
- Performs relatively routine activities and tasks related to their area of focus under close supervision.
- Typically requires pre-knowledge of the discipline theories, principles, and practices learned through college coursework or prior work experiences.
- Develops broader knowledge through performing structured functional assignments, such as collecting and analyzing data related to specific tasks.
- The greatest focus is on learning and application of the department's engineering skills.
- Able to learn and adequately demonstrate all the basic skills needed for advancement.
What you will bring
- Basic knowledge of applicable theories, practices, and accepted office procedures.
- Generally, 0-2 years of experience in Civil or Structural Engineering.
Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
Required:
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering or a related degree field.
Preferred:
Special Job Requirements:
- Computer proficiency is required, Familiarity with engineering software applications, basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail are important.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete assignments.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills in English are important.
- Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to maintain confidential information is critical.

- Salary Range $69,143-$101,681
- This position is anticipated to start in June/July 2025.
