Production of design solutions using AutoCAD / Inventor and associated drawings required for both design proposals and manufacturing details
Production of scoping calculations and basic FEA calculations
Production of technical documents such as Basis of Design, Testing Strategies/Schedules, Method Statements, etc
Participation in design meetings technical reviews and presentation of technical solutions
Undertake Plant / Site Surveys
About you
As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:
Must already be legally eligible to work in the UK (sponsoring program is not available)
Masters in Mechanical Engineering Required
0-4 years of experience. Recent college graduates encouraged to apply
Chartered Engineer/incorporated or working towards and engaged in a program of Continual Professional Development. Working knowledge of standards, regulations, codes, and directives and how they should be applied
An appreciation and understanding of the Construction & Design Management Regulations
A good understanding of manufacturing codes/standards and familiarity with manufacturing techniques
