About the role

This is a remote, full-time or part-time, work-from-home position, with flexible hours, working for We Are Working, Inc., a U.S.-based, global company (an ‘Achieve-it’ affiliated company). Compensation is up to $20/hr (base + commissions). 

As a customer service representative/lead facilitator at We Are Working, you would help us locate and support either of the following groups: 1) civilians who have been injured, or the families of individuals killed while working for U.S. companies operating to support the U.S. military abroad (for example Iraq, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Nepal, Philippines, or any country with a U.S. military base or U.S. contractors supporting the military); 2) anyone (civilian or military) that has been injured by certain terrorist acts. 

Job Details

• Schedule: Flexible schedule with some overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. 
• Remote: 100% Online, based outside the US
• Hours: Full-time or Part-time, Flexible Hours

Responsibilities include

• Helping educate and engage with our clients affected by injuries or loss.
• Guide our clients through the claims process.
• Assist in locating eligible individuals and families for support with collecting compensation.
