Your role

What you will do:

  • Development of PowerBI dashboards for Key Performance Indicators
  • Automation of system reports and applications
  • Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning system (IFS), validate and if necessary, update part setups, accounting groups, unit costing, and part usage rates.
  • Price matching between Volvo systems (GPS and IFS) 
  • Utilization of various Volvo systems to identify, validate, and report part information for analysis.
  • Validation of alternate components for product structures in ERP system.
  • Work with Parts Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to update material movements to ensure compliance with Volvo Production System principles – Update Standard Operating Procedures.

What’s in it for you?

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in Supply Chain and remain fully enrolled in the program during the duration of the internship
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75
  • Prefer a motivated rising Junior or Senior in good academic standing
  • Interns may work up to 30 hours per week

Compensation & benefits

The hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.
