Your role

What you will do:

  • You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary new product development technical team to plan and execute projects for the compaction product line.  
  • You will work on the same projects as the rest of the team with opportunities to support senior engineers and also lead assignments.
  • They are a small, self-organizing team that prioritizes their own daily work using an agile development process called Scrum.
  • Typically, the team works in the VCE Shippensburg prototype facility, where they design, support fabrication, and conduct testing in a very hands-on manner. 

About you

Who are you:

  • Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing an Electrical, Electro-mechanical, Computer, or similar engineering degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75. 
  • Spring interns may work up to 30 hours per week

The hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.
