Your role

Volvo is currently seeking a student to assist with the timely execution of tasks critical to maintaining production and delivery excellence.

This is how you can make an impact:

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities:

• Support Volvo Dealers and Volvo Regional Vice Presidents and 
• District Sales/Fleet Managers
• Uploading and refreshing our daily data
• Update delivery location codes and delivery locations 
• Create reports 
• Work with current PowerBi reports
• Work with current macros in place as well as create new based upon needs
• Help maintain and watch over current functional mailboxes 
• General problem-solving excluding pricing and scheduling   
• Assist support managers with quotes to delivery

About you

Who are you?

To apply for this role, candidates must:

• Be pursuing a Business and/or Marketing curriculum at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship
• Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75
• Be proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $16.00 - $46.00 per hour
