Your role

What you will do:

The successful candidate for this position will assist the Remarketing Financial and Business Control team through:

  • Inventory Management
  • Logistics coordination
  • Finance interface
  • Used Equipment Fleet audit  
  • Job Content

Roles:

  • PO creation, submission, verification
  • Machine and rental invoicing
  • Work order review
  • Data Research and analytics
  • Fleet audit

Main Tasks / Responsibilities / Authorities:

  • Remarketing Financial and Business Control tasks: PO creation and submission, logistics, work order review,
  • Remarketing inventory audit - confirm hours, physical locations, specs
  • Development of reporting forms on UE market values, UE market dynamics, and Dealer sales performance to VCE Management
  • Support of Export Sales functions to include POs and processes

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Student must be currently enrolled and pursuing a degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance, at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours prior to the start of the internship
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
  • Interns may work up to 30 hours per week during the spring semester 
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office Advanced Module Competence, advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Good aptitude for Remarketing Systems & Processes

Compensation & benefits

The hourly range is set at $16.00 - $46.00.
