Your role

What you will do

Execute the activities related to electrical maintenance engineering, such as Office 365/Power BI, ePLAN/Auto cad, and Creo3D.         

Responsibilities / Main Tasks / Targets:

  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to identify and close gaps in maintenance activities.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks including active daily inspection of production facility equipment and repair diagnosis when applicable.
  • Documentation and data collection/entry.
  • Preventative and Autonomous Maintenance programs.

  • Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
  • Proficiency in Office 365/Power BI and ePlan/AutoCAD.
  • Proficiency in Creo3D.
  • Ability to take provided data to Volvo Production Systems.

Minimum Education and Requirements:

  • Applicant must be currently enrolled and pursuing a Mechanical Engineering or related degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies before the start of the internship. 
  • Fall Interns may work up to 30 hours per week and must be enrolled as full-time students.
  • Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.

The compensation for the role will range from $16.00 to $46.00 per hour.
