What will you do:
Assist with finance related activities such as debits, credits, manual invoicing
Assist with administrative activities involved in the sale of lubricants
Work on resolving discrepancies related to lubricant program and propose solutions
Participate in capturing and tracking financial information including extracting information from financial systems
Extract/download data from a myriad of internal data sources and organize in pivot, charts, tables to create useful, practicable information
Other finance related duties/projects as assigned to support new projects
About You
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Applicants must be currently enrolled and pursuing an Accounting, Finance, Business Administration degree at an accredited school and have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to the start of the internship.
Fall/Spring Interns may work up to 30 hours per week and must be enrolled as full-time students.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.
Key Skills:
Demonstrated skills in leadership, problem solving, communications, and project management
Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
High proficiency required in use of Microsoft Excel
Must be very detail-oriented
Additional Important Requirements:
Work with others in a Team/Office environment
Able to perform duties effectively in a fast paced environment whether working autonomously or under direction
