Support the Company’s Board of Management in establishing, operating, and further developing an effective Risk Management System / Internal Control System
Your Responsibilities:
Assist in analyzing business data to find potential problems and make possible solutions
Assist in the collection and consolidation of evaluation and feedback from business units
Assist in contacting and collaborating with other business units, external consultants, and other VW entities in the Region of China
Facilitate management reports and presentations
Participate in project preparation & discussions, arrange meeting arrangements, etc
Support team initiatives and projects which include modifying PowerPoint and Excel
Other documentation works as required. Perform other essential functions as needed
About you
To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:
University student majored in finance or corporate management-related fields with outstanding academic records
Excellent written and communication skills in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Office (Excel and PowerPoint) with strong skills in data summarizing & analysis
COSO knowledge
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Available 5 days a week
