Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Screening and pre-selection of applications
• Assist first-round telephone interviews and language test
• Continuous optimize and update the candidate pool
• Support job fairs and career day
• Editing and publication of job descriptions
• Supporting for recruitment team's daily work

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

• Enrolled students in business administration, business law, psychology, pedagogy, English, German, or a comparable course of study
• Knowledge and interest in HR functions especially recruitment
• Fluent in English, German speaking candidate is preferable
• Very good communication ability, high load capacity, a strong sense of responsibility as well as teamwork
• Above-average reliability and discretion
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) is required
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulation
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
