Your role

Job Responsibilities:

• Support and analyze problems in production and work out proposed solutions
• Maintain the digital record and document of production
• Maintain the info share board on-site
• Support to create test instructions, work instructions, notes, etc.
• Share the theoretical knowledge

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in material engineering (priority), metallurgical engineering, mechanical engineering, Information engineering, Data science, and big data are also considered
• English or German proficient
• Commitment, initiative teamwork skills, and good IT skills
• Being good at Power BI(or other data analysis software) and having experience in digitalization is an advantage
• Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team, and initiative
• Open character, strong self-confidence, and a high sense of responsibility
• Practical experience in production or the automotive industry is an advantage
• Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulation
• Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong
