Your role

Your Responsibilities:

  • Order fulfillment control and shipment Coordination
  • Documentation process control between overseas plants and suppliers
  • Weekly and monthly report to over sea plants with updated console shipment status
  • Troubleshooting during the goods flow with related parties
  • Other administrative tasks

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

  • Students in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related studies preferred, but not mandatory
  • Good communication skills, willingness to learn and contribute
  • Independent and target-oriented working, team spirit, high commitment
  • Chinese mother tongue and fluent English, and German language skills are a plus
  • Expert usage of Microsoft Office

Compensation & benefits

What Volkswagen Can Offer:

  • Remuneration 150 RMB/day for Bachelor, 180 RMB/day for Master students gross.
  • Housing allowance of up to RMB 4000 for students who are not Beijing residents and are not studying in Beijing.
  • Reference letter (Only if the actual duration lasts more than 3 months where stability and sense of obligation are demonstrated).
