Your Role

The candidate is expected to:

  • Support headcount control, release recruitment requests, prepare HC relevant reports
  • Protocol for the internal meetings
  • Support  the development and optimization of company guidelines, processes and standards. 
  • Support design, photo-shooting of team activities and translation between English/German and Chinese for some regulations
  • Support team member for other ad-hoc tasks

About You

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
Education Background:

  • Enrolled students in business administration (focus on human resources management), information science, or a comparable course of study

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English or German

Competence Requirements:

  • Interest in HR
  • Conceptual, structured, and analytical thinking
  • Strong communication skills, high load capacity, and a sense of responsibility and teamwork

Professional Skills:

  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Integrity, value-driven working style, and adherence to rules and regulations
  • Accountability for mistakes and ability to speak up if something goes wrong

Availability:

  • Availability for a full-time internship for 5-6 months
