Your role

Mission and Purpose:

  • Support BU for the talent acquisition to serve business needs best
  • Provide daily consultancy to both management and employees to support business development and individual development
  • Work closely together with BU for succession planning implementation to support sustainable business development
  • Work closely with BU managers to improve employee performance and motivation through different programs and activities designed and tailor-made by the COE team of Audi China
  • Conduct annual Employee & Management Dialogue Comparative Appraisal Panel(CAP) to identify the top performers and talent within Audi China
  • Individual development plan based on company and individual needs

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Onboarding Preparation (Local/Contractor/Local Expat/FSE):

  • Prepare the welcome folder
  • Prepare Personal file (paper file) & do the filing due to needs
  • PKI function activation for new colleagues – non-BJ
  • Check the IT equipment status for upcoming employees with the IT department
  • Pick up the staff card from the post office for new employee
  • Prepare the onboarding talk together with Junior BP (meeting room reservation, pick up new colleague, etc.  )
  • FSE local contract preparation and JBP will do the final check before the employee sign

During the Employment (Local/Contractor/Local Expat/FSE):

  • Post Coordination
    • FSE post separate by division/dept. and inform the BU to pick them up etc.
    • Regular posting in/out to other locations 
  • On-going Document Filing
    • HR Director signature collection & distribution within the team  
    • Coordinate with the logistic company regarding the working permit handover & receive the customer clearance based on the guidance from JBP
  • Meeting Coordination
    • Meeting room reservation
    • Topic collection
    • Meeting minutes tracking (for Big BP meeting & BP plus/Jourfix meeting etc. )

Closing Preparation (Local/Contractor/Local Expat/FSE):

  • Employee reference letter support according to the template and cross-check with BP
  • Un-employment certificate preparation and hand it over to Junior BP       

Team Project Support:

  • MIR Project
    • Employee Fund Project coordination, data updating, and process following (only FSE)
    • Book MIR meeting after coordination with FESCO and bank
    • Manage special cases according to the situation
    • Present the process within the group (BP weekly/monthly)
  • Mini OKR & HR Weekly Management Meeting
    • Weekly fulfillment steering
    • Business content collection

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria: 

Education Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's students in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other related

Professional Skills:

  • Proficient MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Previous practice experience would be preferred

Competence Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Positive working attitude
  • Strong motivation to work

Language Skills:

  • Good English
  • German is a plus
