Your role

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support internal publication: creating content for newsletters, press releases, and employee interviews, posting announcements, and maintaining the internet
  • Support and coordinate company events, e.g. Family Day, Managerial meetings, and team buildings
  • Support the design and implementation of communication and employer branding campaigns
  • Translation between English/German and Chinese

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibilities:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or above (or comparable degree in major) major in Human Resources, International Communication, Journalism, Advertisement, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written German and/or English
  • Strong computer skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Patient, careful, and responsible
  • Good skills in solving problems, strong personal initiative, and motivation
  • Integrity and value-driven working style, compliant with rules and regulation
  • Remain accountable when mistake happens and be able to speak up if something goes wrong

Training & development
