Your role

Mission and Purpose:

The core responsibilities of Audi China Finance embrace the full range of finance-related tasks including but not only accounting, customs, payroll, tax and treasury functions, controlling, strategy as well as risk and compliance management. Evident in the width and depth of the financial processes, the service plays a significant role in supporting Audi China's key activities and is thereby deeply involved in nearly every aspect of the business in close cooperation with a wide set of internal and external stakeholders.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for corporate controlling on the monthly cost center reports preparation
• Provide support for the monthly invoice distribution
• Assist with financial analysis and calculation of ongoing projects when needed
• Preparation of the non-standard vendor payment documentation
• Support checking the monthly travel billings and public mailbox
• Assisting in daily work (file translation, data collection, Excel calculation Paper PO / DLV, etc.)
• Help with creating a work manual
• Other ad hoc duties

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

Education Background:

• Bachelor/Master student currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Economy, or similar major

Professional Skills:

• Excellent at PPT and Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus

Competence Requirements:

• Logical thinking
• Strong responsibility
• Good communication skills

Language Skills:

• Fluent in English
• German is a plus
