Your role

Department Mission:

• Top-tier in-house consulting team within the Volkswagen Group
• Drive industry transformation in Connectivity, Autonomous Driving, Sharing, and Electrification
• Engage with clients to navigate the evolving challenges of the automotive sector

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide consulting services to clients as a project team member, focusing on new energy vehicles, intelligent networking, and autonomous driving
• Assist in case analysis, data analysis, and conducting workshops for strategic consulting projects
• Deliver project reports as required, such as in PPT and EXCEL formats
• Assist in completing other related work on projects

About you

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Current students in the third year or above from key domestic universities or renowned international institutions
• Candidates with prior internship or project experience in the consulting field are preferred
• Fluent in English and proficient in office software applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes

Training & development

That's why, usually after only a short time, you will be given your projects to manage, and you will be given assistance throughout your internship from experienced colleagues. Meanwhile, note that this internship period has 4-5 days onsite of work per week, with the internship lasting at least 3 months, and the possibility of contract renewal up to 6 months.
