Your role

This role will support a variety of functions within the ŠKODA Australia Marketing Communications and Product Marketing team including:

• Assist with Adhoc marketing programs and product marketing under the guidance of the Senior Marketing and Product teams
• Assist the Marketing & Communications team with the rollout of any campaign material as required
• Product brochure creation and updates
• Model website page creation and updates
• Marketing dealer bulletin creation and updates
• ŠKODA Welcome Book updates and management
• Dealer marketing portal asset usage reporting
• Support and management of key dealer marketing tools including dealer portal, POS, Xibo, and Sesimi platforms
• Deal website audits and Google My Business audit processes
• Provision of general support including reporting & administration tasks as required
• Project management to support key team activities
• Liaising with external suppliers and agencies across various projects
• Administration support, including invoicing and budget tracking
• Internal and external communications support, including writing and editing

About you

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

• Available to work full-time (37.5 hours each week) for 12 months
• Able to excel in a corporate environment, through strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A background in Marketing Communications or related disciplines,
• Fluent in English with good communication skills, and high attention to detail.
• Excellent organization skills with proven ability to work autonomously and work well under time pressure.
• A willingness to learn and seek out constructive feedback.
• Be a team player, punctual, reliable, and empathetic
