Your role

The Group Aftersales team is focused on delivering an exceptional ownership experience for customers with Volkswagen, Škoda and CUPRA vehicles. The team works closely with the dealer network to ensure vehicle servicing, repairs, maintenance, spare parts, accessories, technical support and customer care are delivered to the highest standards for their customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Provide administration and support across the group aftersales various departments, assisting in day-to-day operations and document management
  • Contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects within the group aftersales team
  • Assist with data gathering and processing tasks to help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in relation to business operations and analysis
  • Gain hands-on experience with Business intelligence (BI) tools, assisting in data collection, analysis and report generation to support business decision-making
