Your role

Volkswagen has a position immediately available for a Dealer Development Analyst intern. In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of Dealer development, specifically though, in dealer performance. High attention to detail and accuracy is a must in this role, as you will be maintaining specific KPI reports that are used by management and be involved in ad hoc projects/ presentations to their national dealers and to the German head office. You will also be working with the external stakeholder, Deloitte on their reporting tool and developing reports from this database.

About you

To succeed in this role, candidates will need to possess the following:

  • Have completed or are close to completing a degree in business, commerce or statistics
  • A presentation style that exudes a professional attitude
  • Well-honed communication skills that will allow you to articulate your requirements to staff and national dealers
  • The ability to collaborate and coordinate with all levels of staff, to achieve a common goal
  • A proven track record in handling multiple projects efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An interest and, preferably, experience in business intelligence tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A commitment to being a team player that is willing to become involved in the business.
  • An effervescent and warm personality.
  • The willingness to ask for help when needed
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
