Your role

In this role, you will be exposed to all aspects of Dealer development, specifically though, in dealer performance. High attention to detail and accuracy is a must in this role, as you will be maintaining specific KPI reports that are used by management and be involved in ad hoc projects/ presentations to our national dealers and to our German head office. You will also be working with our external stakeholder, Deloitte on their reporting tool and developing reports from this database.

Career progression

The core component of training at Volkswagen is vocational training or, for young people eligible to enter university, cooperative education (dual study programs combining university studies with on-the-job training). As of the end of 2021, the Volkswagen Group trained 17,151 young people. About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

  • Have completed or are close to completing a degree in business, commerce or statistics
  • A presentation style that exudes a professional attitude
  • Well-honed communication skills that will allow you to articulate your requirements to staff and national dealers
  • The ability to collaborate and coordinate with all levels of staff, to achieve a common goal
  • A proven track record in handling multiple projects efficiently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • An interest and, preferably, experience in business intelligence tools
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • A commitment to being a team player that is willing to become involved in the business.
  • An effervescent and warm personality.
  • The willingness to ask for help when needed
  • A current Australian driver’s licence
