Your role

As an Order Management Intern, you have the following responsibilities:

• Updating of Advance Shipping Notice for customers.
• Creating Shipment labels.
• Capture sample orders and ensure that correct information is complete and on time.

• An undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Able to fully commit to at least 6-month internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail Oriented – Track & Trace deliveries and ensure that delivery requirements are complete and on time.
• Customer Service - Coordinate with key stakeholders relevant to the order.
• Innovative and Keen to Improve - Analyze challenges and propose improvement projects to boost process efficiency.

Training & development

This is a 6-month long internship, you will be supporting the order management operations in Asia Pacific. You will gain a deeper understanding of the company’s customer relations and products. Additionally, you will learn more about the Order to Cash flow and gain exposure to SAP (Systems Applications and Processes).
