Your role

Drive innovation through technology in the world of cybersecurity

At Vanguard, they are changing the way the world invests by always doing the right thing for their clients. That means security is more than a priority; it’s fundamental to their purpose. Protecting their investors from risk requires clear goals, big ideas, and resolute action. As part of their Technology Leadership Program in the Risk and Security Engineering track, you’ll build security-focused technology solutions that keep Vanguard safe day in and day out – protecting twenty million investors from ever-evolving threats by staying one step ahead. Here, you’ll develop the programs that serve their crew and investors worldwide. Your participation in technical capstones, hackathons, and solution-oriented projects will build your skillset to lead their crew internally – so they can make a difference for investors everywhere.

In this program, you will:

  • Build high-impact solutions that enable Vanguard to perform at its best and do what’s right for investors
  • Support achieving client outcomes and giving our investors the best chance at investment success

  • Share insights and drive outcomes individually and in collaborative, supportive environments
  • Build a network with program managers, alumni, senior leaders and peers
