Summary:
The position serves as a Student Trainee (Management Analysis) in the DMA Pathways intern program and is concurrently enrolled at an accredited college/university to complete the academic curriculum required for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Analysis or a closely related field. The intern program allows a student to receive work experience which is directly related to the student's academic program and career goals.
Duties:
The incumbent will serve in a student trainee developmental capacity and receive formal classroom and/or on-the-job training in principles, concepts, and work processes to specialize in the Management Analysis fields of study.
Throughout the internship, the student can enhance their comprehension of organizational dynamics, policies, and objectives while developing skills in data analysis and management. You will gain hands-on experience in consolidating and analyzing routine management data, conducting studies on operational efficiency, and contributing to productivity and workflow enhancements within the agency.
The hourly pay for this role at the company ranges from $17.22 - $22.39 per hour.
