Summary:
The position serves as a Student Trainee (Audiovisual Production) in the DMA Pathways intern program and is concurrently enrolled at an accredited college/university to complete the academic curriculum required for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiovisual Production or a closely related field. The intern program allows a student to receive work experience which is directly related to the student's academic program and career goals.
Duties:
The incumbent will serve in a student trainee developmental capacity and receive formal classroom and/or on-the-job training in principles, concepts, and work processes to specialize in the Audiovisual field of study.
During the internship, individuals can gain hands-on experience in video production tasks, including video logging, transcription, camera operation, and basic editing, under the guidance of experienced professionals. This opportunity offers comprehensive training and development in audiovisual skills throughout the internship period.
The hourly pay for this role at the company ranges from $22.05 to $28.66 per hour.

Qualifications:
You may qualify for the GS-05 if you fulfil the following qualifications:
For GS-5: Must have completed 4 academic years of post-high school leading to a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree. (One academic year of undergraduate education is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in an accredited college or university).
Education:
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your educational claims. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable at the time of application.

Graduate Education:
One academic year of graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that your graduate school has determined to represent one academic year of full-time study. Such study may have been performed on a full-time or part-time basis. If you cannot obtain your graduate school's definition of one year of graduate study, 18 semester hours (or 27 quarter hours) should be considered as satisfying the requirement for one year of full-time graduate study.
