Marketing within our Brand teams is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data, and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity, and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas which varies and may include brand building and brand development. You may also be a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix.
There may be multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies and overseeing networks for new product launches.

- Unleash the power of Beauty Tech through AI and AR technology by providing highly personalized Skin and hair diagnostic service to our beauty consumers.
- Work closely with Global Brand Managers in landing end-to-end engagement plans for a lead market (Indonesia), for a newly launch CLEAR product.
- Lead Digitalization project (example: POND’s South East Asia Brand Health Dashboard) and present insights & analysis to supercharge the overall brand performance.

Minimum Requirements:
- Internship period: 13 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- Applicants must be University students; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship.
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full-time commitment preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & results-driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal.
