As a CMI Intern, you will be on the frontlines of shaping & impacting the trajectory of Unilever. Dive deep into dynamic data, orchestrating both primary and secondary research with precision. To provide you with a glimpse, here are a few projects and outcomes achieved by our ex-ULIP interns:
- Achieve strategic objectives through key meta-work activities, including visualization, storytelling, and summarization of critical points to set our brands for success.
- Build GOTFL (Get on the front line) capabilities driving operations digital oriented activities such as Other Say, and TikTok trends. Partner with research powerhouses (e.g. Ipsos, BASES, Kantar, Milward Browth) to design questionnaires & communicate key findings and recommendations to brand teams in a succinct & impactful way.
- Lead systems setup with research agencies, ensuring seamless integration for efficient execution.

Minimum Requirements:
- Internship period:13 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.
- Applicants must be University students; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship.
- Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. (Full-time commitment preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced & results-driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
- Proactive and willing to take on new challenges.
- Strong communication presentation skills, both written & verbal.
