Your role
Customer Development teams work closely with customers to pioneer new products, build categories, and deploy best-in-class retail and shopper capabilities. Under the Customer Development umbrella, internship roles are within Customer Business Development (CBD) (i.e., account teams like Walmart, Loblaws, and Digital Commerce) or within Customer Strategy and Planning (CSP).

- As part of being a CSP team member, you will be the internal voice of the customer (who is selling their product i.e., Loblaws, Amazon) and the consumer (the end purchaser).
- CSP teams work closely with CBD teams and Brand teams to ensure channel and customer insights are incorporated into the development of category and brand plans.
