Your role
The e-commerce Merchandising Intern is responsible for supporting the team with various administrative tasks including generating various weekly reports, assist in executing and monitoring product allocation and consolidation for e-commerce platforms. He/She will have the opportunity to support Fall/Winter 2025 preparation work.
As an intern, your responsibilities include:
Support and handle data validation and preparation of weekly/monthly/ad hoc reports
Update sell-through analysis, to identify the top-sellers/market needs in view of SKU productivity
Minimize stock-outs and manage stock flow by maintaining optimal stock levels for Marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee) and dot.com.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the eCommerce Merchandising team.
Support the merchandising team during each buying season with assortment selection and accuracy of buys through historical sell-through data, trends and commercial instinct.

About you
Requirements for this internship:
Has a strong interest in product merchandising, data analysis, and inventory management for marketplace and dot.com.
Good logical thinking skills and a strong interest in data analysis
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, possessing a sense of urgency (excellent time management), and thorough in handling data and numerical information.
Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills
Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization
Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills
