Your role

As a Technical Support Engineer at Unbox Robotics, your role involves providing expert assistance to customers and internal teams on robotic technology. You troubleshoot issues, offer solutions, and ensure seamless operation of their innovative intralogistics solutions, contributing to customer satisfaction and product improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Daily report generation using a dashboard and making consolidated summaries from the customer site.
• Ticket follow-up and resolution from the customer site.
• All kinds of maintenance support to customer support.
• Follow up with the appropriate team for issue resolution.

About you

Requirements:

• Maintenance Process Knowledge
• Good coordination /collaboration
• Basic Automation knowledge
• Hands-on experience with Excel
• Good Analytical skills

Good to have:

• Exposure to Linux
• ROS Knowledge
• Min.1 yr. Automation industry experience

Eligible candidates:

• Desired qualification: BE or graduation in a relevant field
• Work experience: 0-2 Years
