Your role

As a Sales Engineer at Unbox Robotics, your role is pivotal in bridging technical expertise with customer needs. You'll demonstrate their cutting-edge robotic solutions, understand client requirements deeply, and collaborate across teams to deliver tailored sales strategies that drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Closely work with the sales team to onboard new customers and maintain a good relationship with existing customers.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems like Salesforce, and HubSpot (CRM tools).
• Prepare promotional presentations.
• Help the Product & Tech team to design solutions as per customer requirements.
• Help organize marketing events worldwide.
• Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
• Generating leads from the website, teleselling, and customer visits PAN INDIA.

About you

Requirements:

• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive,
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Good with MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to have:

• Knowledge about automation and Robotics Industry

Eligible candidates:

• Desired qualification: B.E. / B. Tech/ MBA Marketing or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Work experience: 0-2 Years
