Your role

Roles & responsibilities:

• Managing the entire onboarding and offboarding process. 
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Use the HRMS platform for managing the entire employee lifecycle. 
• Communicating and coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to ensure end-to-end completion of tasks. 
• Assist in performance management and L&D.
• Collating and providing data: leave, attendance & other benefits.
• Working with the HR Business Partner in conducting various employee engagement activities.
• Deep understanding of all company policies and procedures with the ability to resolve queries related to the same.
• Support the HR team in ad hoc tasks/ initiatives led by the team

Training & development

As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in initial information gathering, project initiation, and meticulous documentation management. You will develop valuable skills in research, requirements elicitation, and crafting detailed specification documents, providing a practical foundation in project coordination and documentation practices.

About you

• Hands-on experience with PowerPoint

• Some experience in HR Operations
• Knowledge of Industrial compliances and HR processes

• Desired Qualification: BBA HR
• Work Experience:  0-1 years
