Your role

As a Finance & Accounts Associate at Unbox Robotics, you'll handle financial transactions, assist in budgeting and forecasting, support reporting and analysis, ensure compliance, contribute to audits, and optimize financial processes through cross-departmental collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Payroll Process- The person will be responsible for handling the payroll process from start to end From Getting information from the HR team about the Offer letter or bank details to filling the TDS return, ESIC Compliances and returns, PF Compliances, PF Challan Payments, and ReturnsPT Compliances for the same person.
• Adding and maintaining the Fixed asset register in SAP as well as in another format wherever required
• Handling monthly compliance of statutory payments and returns
•  Handling day-to-day transactions of routine work of accounting.

About you

Requirements:

• Must Know SAP B1 software.
• Shall have TDS, PF ESIC, and PT knowledge to comply with the payroll process.
• Accounting knowledge is a must.

• Work experience:  Fresher or up to 2 years of experience}
