Your role

You’ll get to:

• Evaluate companies and develop models for M&A transactions.
• Prepare industry analyses for pitches.
• Get involved in the execution of live deals.

Your team

• You’ll be working in the Global Banking team in London. The team is responsible for providing coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.

About you

UBS is looking for a candidate who:

• Needs to complete an Industrial Placement program as part of your studies, and then graduate in 2027.
• Is on track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate/bachelor's degree.
• Has values that align with UBS: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
• Is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
• Is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines.

Training & development

The internship lasts 12 months, where you’ll work with the experts and learn about the industry, the clients and the firm. You’ll be right at the heart of the business, learning from your colleagues, and taking part in day-to-day operations.
