Your role

Job Responsibilities:

You’ll help protect our reputation, financial health, and long-term interests by helping identify, measure, and control risks. You'll:

  • Support business areas on laws, regulations, and rules that govern their day-to-day activities
  • Examine the risk of complex transactions,
  • Advise the business of regulatory development
  • Analysis and evaluate risk modeling techniques

Your Team:

You’ll work in Group Compliance & Regulatory Governance. As part of the compliance function, you will focus on the regulatory and compliance framework applicable to the global compliance and operational risk control function of the investment banking division.

About you

Training, development & rotations

The Graduate Talent Program is 18 months long and is designed to help you develop the skills you need to grow your career. To start, the program introduces you to the firm, provides professional and technical training, and teaches you core skills and knowledge of global markets. And it continues from there: by learning from your colleagues, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and build your network. You’ll have the opportunity to see beyond your job by participating in one, or more, rotations.

Career progression

Throughout your time as a GTP, you’ll also have the opportunity to improve and broaden your soft skills, to enable you to develop as a professional. This includes skills such as communicating with impact and personal branding. These skills will prove very important not only during your time at UBS but throughout the rest of your career.
