Your role

Responsibilities

• Review company policies and business processes
• Have an understanding of the cut-offs of different regions
• Identify data and information to identify business opportunities
• Enhance workflow and cross-departmental engagements
• Collaborate with automation teams to improve cost-effectiveness across all platforms
• Keep oneself updated on Industry and market trends
• Highlight red flags and escalate to internal Financial Crime Prevention teams
• Meet firm-wide quality standards
• Exhibit the highest standards of customer service to internal and external customers (inclusive of confidentiality)
• Communicating/escalating issues to management when applicable
• Handling and maintenance of client confidentiality

Your team

The role will be in the UBS Group Operations team based in Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune and functionally support business divisions. The Group Operations team in India supports Business Divisions like Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Shared Services Operations and Automation globally.
