Your role

They’re looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst to:

• Your role would be in the Group Access Management function which provides services towards System access governance following a strict ‘Need to know’ principle.
• The role requires to cater to services predominantly in a proactive manner based on requests raised by users.
• The role also requires you to respond to user-identified system access issues that require remediation.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement of quality, efficiency and effectiveness of controls.
• It includes attention to rejections, and setting up business rules to ensure accurate access levels to the reporting system, with 100% accuracy and TAT.

Your Team:

You’ll be working in the RAS Group Access Management team in Pune, working as a strong backend support team to ensure the integrity and sanctity of reporting and distribution. The work provides an opportunity to showcase communication skills with internal and external clients, maintaining strict control on data access and security of information apart from working on new insightful MIS for top management. You’ll play an important role in the access management team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting and delivering activities relating to data access management & governance.
• Implement workflows for user access management processes.
• Provide support to processes associated with the Control Group.
• Document the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Establish the communication channels and protocols for end users.

Your expertise:

• CA intern
• Demonstrated knowledge using MS Excel, VBA skills, and database management will be an added advantage.
• Know-how to deal with multiple source systems.
• Proven change management and process improvement experience
• Excellent communicator who can adapt style to audience.
• Knowledge of maintaining collaborative sites in SharePoint.
