Your role
Truelancer is seeking motivated interns to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity will provide valuable, hands-on experience across a range of HR functions.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Assisting in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Supporting HR team in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding activities
- Assisting with employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and documenting employee issues
- Assisting in organizing and coordinating training and development programs for employees
- Helping maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
About you
To be considered in this role, you must have these minimum qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
