Your role

About the Role:

Recruitment Support

  • Assist with job posting openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.​

Onboarding Assistance:

  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.
  • Coordinate orientation sessions 
  • Assist with new hire orientation activities.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain the employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Training and Development:

  • Help with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
  • Assist with the organization of paperwork and training sessions
  • Coordinate training logistics and communicate with participants.
  • Support the tracking of employee training and development activities.

Employee Engagement:

  • Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Collect feedback and suggestions from employees to improve engagement activities.

About you

Qualification:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
