Schedule interviews.
Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance:
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and new hire paperwork.
Coordinate orientation sessions
Assist with new hire orientation activities.
HR Administration:
Maintain the employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Assist with employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Training and Development:
Help with filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
Assist with the organization of paperwork and training sessions
Coordinate training logistics and communicate with participants.
Support the tracking of employee training and development activities.
Employee Engagement:
Assist with planning and organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.
Collect feedback and suggestions from employees to improve engagement activities.
About you
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business administration, or a related field
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Previous internship or relevant work experience is a plus.
